1. One of the main changes that I made was to file down the edge of the weapon platform's large shield into a graceful curve. This mimics the design of the smaller Guardian Defender Heavy Weapon Platform. I've also added a metal antenna to the back of the gunner's seat.
2. A front view of the altered shield.
3. Rough basecoat work on the platform's base.
4. Underside view of the platform's base. Although this will largely be hidden from view, that doesn't stop me from lavishing an inordinate amount of time on it!
5. The undercoated platform, partway through painting.
6. The painted scenic base. Rather than using the supplied 40mm base, I opted to use the sculpted 60mm base from the Wraithlord set.
7. Alternate view of the completed scenic base.
8. The first sub-assembly to be painted was the bottom section of the platform; this is a view of the underside.
9. Dorsal view of the completed platform base.
10. The (discontinued) Forge World Eldar transfer sheet includes runes for the Support Weapon platform, so I included one on the rear of the platform base.
11. Runes were added to one of the platform's panels.
12. I also added one of my custom Craftworld Miruaun transfers.
13. The next sub-assembly to be painted was this middle section of the platform.
14. A close-up of the detail on the component - the colours match those on my grav tanks.
15. Underside of the painted component.
16. The scenic base and first two sub-assemblies, after being glued together.
17. Alternate view of the work-in-progress Support Weapon Platform.
18. The Support Weapon Platform crew member; now painted.
19. Alternate view of the crewman. A Support Weapon rune has been added to the right kneepad.

22. A close-up of the remote.
23. The completed Vaul's Wrath Support Weapon platform, with its attendant crewman on foot.
24. My favourite weapon loadout for the model is the Vibrocannon, as the striking gold coils and muzzle are quite eye-catching.
25. The Shadow Weaver has been painted to match the colours of those on my Night Spinner.
26. The D-cannon has been painted fairly simply, with most of the detail on the gems to the rear of the gun.
27. The three weapon options can be swapped out - they have not been magnetised as they fit securely without needing them.
28. Side view of the weapon platform.
29. This over-the-shoulder view of the gunner's seat shows the controls and screen.
30. Here you can see the rear of the gun shield and the auxiliary control panel.
31. Alternate angle of the completed model.
32. Front view of the model. I added a transfer for a warning symbol, with some kill markings beneath.
33. Rear view of the model.
34. Top-down view.
35. In this close-up image of the gunner, you can see the Support Weapon rune on his right kneepad.
36. Left-side close-up of the gunner.
37. In this final image, the weapon has been removed to give a clearer view of the platform.
