Components: 1x metal Shadowseer, 1x plastic Harlequin neuro-disruptor, Green Stuff, brass rod, plastic terrain from Warlock kit, 25mm-to-40mm base extender

This hand was removed from a Warlock's two-handed witchblade.
The staff head and base were removed and attached to a straightened paperclip.
The two ribbons were cut away from the miniature and bent outwards to give a very different look.

The new staff was bulked out using Green Stuff.
The Shadowseer's left hand, which originally held the staff, was replaced with a closed fist.

I used Green Stuff to fill in the missing details after I cut the ribbons away from the Shadowseer's feet.
