eldar autarch 4

My fourth Autarch (and second female Autarch) is equipped with wargear from the Shadow Spectres and Howling Banshee aspects.

Female Eldar Shadow Spectre Autarch conversion

1. A work-in-progress shot of the conversion. Originally I had intended this cut-down Wailing Doom to represent the Shard of Anaris, but I decided that the proportions didn't work so it was ultimately replaced.

The tip of the prism rifle had broken off in transit and needed to be repaired with Green Stuff.

2. The completed conversion. The left arm was replaced with one from a Howling Banshee Exarch wielding a single Mirror Sword. The pose works much better now and I'm really pleased with the result.

This wrist-mounted blade on the Howling Banshee Exarch arm works perfectly as a small forceshield.

3. A close-up of the Howling Banshee power sword.

The Shadow Spectre jetpack cowl was removed to allow room for the tall helmet.

4. A close-up of the converted torso. The upper body was made from a female Guardian torso, with Dire Avenger pauldrons added.

5. A close-up of the Autarch's Prism Rifle. The barrel was shortened and the second hand grip removed; it now looks more feasible that the weapon could be wielded single-handedly.
