The Executioner weapon was taken straight from the normal Exarch model.
I removed the pistol arm from the original miniature.

1. This Exarch was converted from a regular Howling Banshee.
I added extra hair to the helmet using Green Stuff.
I elongated the helmet slightly to set this Howling Banshee apart from the regular squad.
The official Exarch model has two shoulder pauldrons, so I added a second to my converted Exarch using Green Stuff.
I bent the miniature forwards to give more of an impression of movement.

2. The completed Exarch conversion.
I filed down the front of the helmet in order to simplify the design and stop the forehead from looking too prominent.
I decided to base the miniature so that she appears to be running along the ground, instead of balancing precariously on a helmet (as in the original).

3. I made a few changes to the original metal Exarch miniature.
