Eldar Phoenix Lord Fuegan
The Burning Lance (version 2)
Another excellent plastic update of a classic Phoenix Lord design. I didn't change very much on Fuegan as the model is great!Date: 2025 - present (work-in-progress)
Components: 1x plastic Fuegan, brass rod, Green Stuff, 40mm round base

1. The torso after assembly.
2. A close-up of the edge of the banner. I bent each of the triangular parts in a slightly different direction, to give the impression that the banner is moving slightly in a breeze.
The right foot was repositioned slightly so that it sits flat on the altered base.
3. Close-up of the torso and legs.
4. The head/helmet was modified slightly; the grille on the faceplate was covered using Green Stuff.
I used Green Stuff to fill in the slot for Fuegan's right foot as I will be positioning it elsewhere on the ruins.
5. I decided to lower the scenic base by only including the upper section of the ruins.
6. Alternate angle of the work-in-progress scenic base.
The ribbon was carefully cut away and then reattached at a different angle so that it hangs more realistically.
7. The left arm and Fire Axe.
8. A mock-up of the work-in-progress conversion.
9. Different view of the model. The small changes that I've made make Fuegan look a bit more threatening and dynamic; he appears to be pointing the blade of the Fire Axe at a foe.
